We offer free standard shipping on orders of $65 or more. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Yes. You can include a personalized message by emailing it to giftsbykeisha@outlook.com after placing your order. We’ll make sure it’s added to your gift.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer free local pickup in Milton, West Virginia. The pickup address will be shared with you after your purchase is complete.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we provide free local delivery within a five‑mile radius of Milton, West Virginia. It’s a simple way for us to serve our nearby customers with extra convenience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards online. At vendor events, we also accept checks and cash.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days with a receipt, as long as items are still in their original condition. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
